The HCSC provides the Harvard Book Prize to 102 high schools in Connecticut. Each school selects an outstanding student of its junior class who combines excellence in academics with significant achievement in extracurricular endeavors. The student recipients and area high schools have expressed their gratitude for this great honor.

 

2024 Harvard Book Prize is The Yellow Pad:  Making Better Decisions in an Uncertain World  by Robert E. Rubin  

Robert E. Rubin served as the 70th Secretary of the US Treasury and spent 26 years in banking at Goldman Sachs.  He graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.  In The Yellow Pad, he shares thoughts on decision-making and offers insights on navigating uncertain times.
